Home for Health is a ministry dedicated to helping people. When you come here, you are not just a number, your part of a family. We are not out for wealth and our number one goal is that all that come here will gain a deeper walk with God.  Over the past twelve years hundreds of people have found not only great improvement with their own health, but have found an oasis to rejuvenate and rededicate their lives to Christ.

God's desire for you is prosperity. Prosper not in the sense of obtaining vast material wealth, but rather manifested in a healthy, energetic life that can be used in His service. Yet, in nearly every church how much time is taken in prayer for those that are sick with cancer or some other disease. Many believe that it is an affliction from God. What a sad picture is painted of the character of God. Why not rather examine our own lives and see where we have been living out of harmony with God's plan. From this examination, maybe we would see that the affliction could be a hurdle that God will use to teach others of His majesty, grace and longsuffering. Though prevention of illness would be far better, many of us do not look for change until we need help. Don't fear, that's why we're here and we would like to help.

We believe that one very important aspect of health is love. The body is not just physical, but also mental and spiritual. When any of these get escewed there will be illness. We believe that to obtain health we do not need to promote self-esteem or self love, like so many, but rather promote His-esteem, the love of God. It is only when we look into the depths of the love of God and His love toward us by sending His own Son, that we find our true worth. Through this we can then love ourselves correctly. God has made you worth more than the finest gold. At Home for Health we focus on all three aspects of man's nature.

We invite you to discover how healthy eating and healthy living has helped so many people young and old that were once suffering from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, arthritis, and many other ailments that make one's life difficult. Here you will be actively involved in learning to prepare healthy meals and receive instruction in nutrition and healthy living through lectures and video presentations from a biblical perspective. Hands on demonstrations and powerful natural therapies are utilized to boost the body's vitality. Only the most nutrient dense, highest brix foods are used for a therapeutic effect. Herbs, hydotherapy and massage are also used.

Our relaxing lifestyle center is tucked away on over 300 acres of beautiful woodlands in the Kentucky hills--a serene environment where you can reflect in prayer, interact with the guests & hosts, and share your thoughts with fellow guests.

***********************UPCOMING EVENTS************************

In the spring and summer we will be holding Biological/Sustainable gardening classes. First classes will be the 3rd weekend in March. The focus of these classes will be on understanding soil chemistry and how to get the greatest productivity by balancing soil chemistry and foliar feeding. The classes will be free to the public but a love offering would be appreciated.

If you would like to have someone from Home for Health give a presentation to your church, school, or community group feel free to call. We have done presentations in many different denominations and in a variety of settings (i.e. midweek prayer meetings, health & gardening evangelistic series, and weekend series) We do this for free for the benefit of all. Over the course of the last century there have been individuals that have done wonders helping people overcome maladies like cancer, diabetes, arthritis, lupus, and even AIDS. Pioneers like John Harvey Kellogg, Jethro Kloss, Bernard Jensen, & Harry Hoxsey. Others have come Carey Reams, Dr. Christofer, Richard Schulze, & George Malkmus. They have shown over and over that these modern plagues are completely unnecessary and in many cases completely reversible. We contend that through lifestyle modification, high brix foodstuffs and simple means anyone can eliminate sickness. God's goal for your life is prosperous.
